<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce term of work, and exposure of workers by fittingly inserting a fastening bolt into a hollow shaft, locating the head of the fastening bolt above an upper lid, penetrating a lower end of the fastening bolt through a lower lid downward, and screwing a nut therewith. SOLUTION: A nut 6 is screwed with each fastening bolt 5. An upper lid 2 is got closer to an lower lid 3. A sealing 4 is compressed to the extent and expanded outward somehow. An upper end of a hollow shaft 23 of a piston 17 fittingly inserted into a hydraulic cylinder 7 liftably is brought into contact with a head 22 of the fastening bolt 5. Pressure water is supplied into a pressure chamber of the hydraulic cylinder 7 from such a state, and the piston 17, the hollow shaft 23 and the fastening bolt 5 are pushed up. The head 22 of the fastening bolt 5 is projected from an upper part of a spacer 8 to make the upper lid 2 approach the lower lid 3. The sealing 4 is compressed, expanded outward, and brought into close contact with a piping wall 16. Furthermore, the spacer 8 is fixed by the head 22 of the fastening bolt 5.</p> |
