SOLUTION: A design means 4 sets the pass 3 of the selected plural parts 1 in accordance with the flow of specified data and designs the plural parts 1. The storing means 11 of the designed parts 1 sets input data as common data, stores it to the object 2 and outputs it to the pass 3. Then, the fetching means 12 of the designed parts 1 performs processing based on the common data of the object 2 fetched in from the pass 3 (or the data set as data that the storing means 11 itself needs). At this time, the storing processing for setting the input data as the common data and storing it to the object 2 is set to the object 2. Then, the fetching processing for setting the common data stored in the object 2 as the prescribed data and fetching it is set to the object 2.
