PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner in which an electrical box for housing and protecting a board having electronic circuit parts is made advantageous in cost while facilitating adaption to maintenance. SOLUTION: An electrical box comprises a main frame 4 which has holding means (a) and (b) to detachably hold the periphery of a substrate 5 on both upper and lower sides and/or both front and rear sides thereof, a retaining means 4a at least on both upper and lower sides and on both rear sides and a mounting means for mounting on a base 1a and right and left electrical covers 3 which are retained by the retaining means and have the peripheries thereof joined on the main frame 4. The electrical box which is retained by the retaining means on the main frame 4 where the substrate is detachably retained by the holding means to join the peripheries of both the electrical covers 3 is mounted on the base by the mounting means. |
