PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record information by which the content of a conference can be exactly reproduced by a small information amounts by recording picture information including at least an object to be indicated by relating it with the spoken part of an indicating word of voice information when an indicating operation corresponding to the indicating word is present. SOLUTION: An indicating word detection reporting part 62 monitors the output of an indicating word detecting part 61, and when the detected output of an indicating word is present, the pertinent indicating word detection reporting part 62 reports the detection of the indicating word to an object to be detected detecting part 63, picture fetching device 64, and timer 65. Then, a recording controller part 60 detects the indicating word from the voice input information of a participant, and when the indicating word is detected, the pertinent recording controller part 60 specifies the indicating operation of the participant corresponding to the indicating word and the object to be indicated by the indicating operation, and when the indicating operation corresponding to the indicating word is detected, the pertinent recording controller part 60 stores the voice information and picture information when the indicating word is spoken with the indicating operation of the participant in a file by making the spoken time of the indicating word correspond to them as link information. |
