<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain plural dynamically updated light transmissive windows by drawing up a clip area and a postpositional clip area for respective displayed windows and drawing up a background buffer containing images of a foreground buffer and the postpositional clip area for respective displayed light transmissive windows. SOLUTION: The light transmissive window 49 contains the edges 51 of the window, and displays a reference number '1' at respective corners. However, the light transmissive window 49 displays an imaginery image, that is, a see- through image 53 also showing a second window part overlapped by the window 49. The second window 35 contains the postpositional clip area 55 in addition to the clip area. The postpositional clip area 55 is drawn up by the part of the second window 35 overlapped by the light transmissive window 49. Although only two windows are shown, some windows may be stacked up by a system overlapping each other in a typical computer display.</p> |
