<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the effect of impact absorption and to lessen the generation and adhesion of dust by holding a mask in such a manner that the end edges of this mask come into contact with the projecting parts formed at both of the rings respectively fixed to an upper cap and a lower cap. SOLUTION: The polypropylene rings 4 are mounted at the inner side of the caps by fixing these rings to columns 3 previously molded at the caps. These rings 4 are formed with plural pin holes corresponding to the various sizes of the photomask to be housed in the container. Pins 5 are mounted at the positions corresponding to the size of the photomask to be housed. L-shaped pressing bodies 7 made of, for example, silicone rubber, are put and mounted on all of the projecting parts formed in such a manner. The upper cap 2a side and the lower cap 2b side which are respectively similar are formed. The upper cap 2a and the lower cap 2b are opposed and detained by, for example, hinges and latches (pawls). The photomask 1 is so held and housed that the end edge side of the photomask 1 come into contact with the parts where the L-shaped pressing bodies 7 on both of the upper cap 2a side and the lower cap 2b side are low.</p> |
