PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency on both a central controller side and an image forming device side. SOLUTION: When a copy start request is made while copying machines 1-5 send and receive copy management data to and from a central controller 6 and a data communication data 7, a mode wherein the transmission and reception of the copy management data and copying operation is preferentially started or a mode wherein the transmission and reception of the copy management data are given priority and the copying operation is suspended is selected according to the kind of the copy management data. Then the latter mode when the remaining time needed until the completion of the transmission and reception of the copy management data is shorter than a predetermined certain time or the former mode when not is selected. |
