<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influences in the output capacitance of the FET concerning a scanning circuit for coordinate reader composed of the FET. SOLUTION: Respective sense lines SL* are connected to gates G of respective plural FETs and other-side ends of sense lines SL* are. connected to a selector circuit 12. All the drains D of the FET are connected to a power source Vdd, besides, sources S are commonly connected and an output XCOM of the scanning circuit is formed. Since the selected sense line is connected through the input capacitance of the selected FET to the output XCOM, even when the mass output capacitance is connected to the XCOM, the influence of resonance caused by this connection is reduced. Further, since the impedance of the output terminal XCOM is also lowered by the source follower configuration, the influence of output capacitance is reduced as well.</p> |
