PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent quick starting of a working car even in a case when an operator is not aware that a travelling transmission is in a transmission state and carries out operation to make a travelling device work as a load against an engine. SOLUTION: A change-over driving means MS to change a travelling transmission TM from a transmission state to transmit driving force of an engine to a travelling device over to a neutral state not to transmit driving force and a change-over control means to give a change-over indication to the change-over driving means MS when the engine reaches a set rotating state at first after the engine starts as well as a noload state detection means detects a noload state are provided in travelling speed change structure of a working car free to start the engine at the time of the noload state in accordance with detection information of the noload state detection means to detect that a load applied on the engine is in the noload state. |
