PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize hot water supply for a deficiency of water and also a control for maintaining the temperature of hot water in a bathtub by a method wherein the quantity of water in the bathtub is computed by using factors of temperature information, time information and the quantity of heat by utilizing an existing reheating function and it is detected remotely. SOLUTION: While hot water 4c is circulated by a pump 56, the temperature of the hot water 4c in a bathtub 20 is raised slightly by reheating combustion and a time required therefor is measured. The quantity of water in the bathtub 20 is calculated by CPU from the capacity of the reheating combustion by the combustion of a reheating burner 24. As for an insufficient quantity of water, a set quantity of water, which is determined by the volume of the bathtub 20, is set beforehand in a remote control unit and a differential quantity of water is calculated from the set quantity of water and a detected quantity of water in the bathtub 20. By this method, an optimum control for supplying an appropriate quantity of hot water or water and maintaining a prescribed quantity of water in the bathtub and a prescribed temperature thereof can be executed. |
