<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a processor surely execute a reset operation to in a short time by executing the reset operations of different patterns corresponding to the kind of received reset input signals based on stored correspondence relation. SOLUTION: When an external circuit outputs the reset input signals 12a, a reset input execution part 12 receives them, and at the time, the reset input execution part 12 identifies the kind of the received reset input signals 12a and refers to the correspondence relation stored by a reset kind storage part 13. When the pertinent one is present in the correspondence relation, the reset input execution part 12 decides the pattern of the reset operation corresponding to the kind of the received reset input signals 12a based on the correspondence relation. Then, in a microcomputer application device 1, the reset operation is executed corresponding to reset output signals 12b asserted from the reset input execution part 12. When the pertinent one is not preset, the processing of a reset operation instruction is not performed and an alarm or the like is issued.</p> |
