摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cooling capability to be increased without promoting corrosion at a heat exchanger of a heat accumulative tank with air during a deicing operation mode where a cooling operation is carried out by an indoor device under utilization of ice stored in the heat accumulative tank. SOLUTION: There is provided a water pump control device CNT1 for use in operating a pump PM2 in the case that an amount of ice within a heat accumulative tank STR detected by a heat accumulative amount sensing device CAL during a deicing operation mode is not less than a predetermined value, and stopping the pump PM2 in the case that an amount of ice within the heat accumulating tank STR is lower than the predetermined value. With the foregoing system, an outer side heat transfer rate of a heat transfer pipe at a secondary side heat exchanging section 6 is improved due to an occurrence of water flow in the heat accumulative tank STR and then a deicing speed of ice within the heat accumulative tank STR is improved and a cooling capability within the indoor area is increased. In addition, since the heat transfer pipe for use in deicing of the secondary side heat exchanging section 6 at the heat accumulative tank 2 is not directly contacted with air, it is possible to prevent corrosion with air from being promoted.
