<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide comfortable operation environment by eliminating power disconnection immediately after starting. SOLUTION: A portable terminal is provided with a main control part 10 consisting of CPU and an input/output device, ROM 11 storing a program for operating the main control part 10, RAM 12 storing a user application program, a main battery 14 to be a driving power source, a power switch 15 turning on/off power from the main battery 14 and a voltage detecting part 16 detecting the voltage of the main battery 14 and transmitting voltage data to the main control part 10. The main control part 10 is characterized by executing the user application program when the voltage of the main battery 14 becomes more than a stipulated voltage within a prescribed time after turning on power, and turning off the power switch unless the voltage of the main battery becomes more than the stipulated voltage within a prescribed time. An LED display device 17 is turned on when voltage data of the main battery 14 is less than the stipulated voltage.</p> |
