摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a high-speed signal processing by means of high reliability by eliminating a spike part which is made to be radical in switching current, in accordance with the time-dependent change of an input signal level, generating a waveform to be the one where time-depending change is slowly executed and reducing switching noise. SOLUTION: An initial driving circuit 210 outputs initial driving signals A and I, corresponding to an input signal IN and an enable signal EN. When the input IN is in a logically high (or low) level, a successive driving circuit 230 successively outputs a pull-up driving signal. At the time of the input signal IN in the logically low (or high) level, a pull-down driving signal is successively outputted to a main driving circuit 220. The main driving circuit 220 executes pull-up and pull-down between the grounded potential and power source potential, so as to respond to the input signal IN based on the inputted initial driving signals A and I and transmits an output signal OUT which changes stepwise to the high level or the low level from an output terminal 203.</p>
