<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor and a magnetic sensor device capable of precise static position detection. SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor 1 comprises six magneto-resistance effect elements 2-7, a magnet 8 which applies bias magnetic field to these elements 2-7, a ground terminal 9 and a power source terminal 11 connected to one end of each element 2, 6, 3 and 7, an output terminal 12 connected to a junction line between the elements 3 and 4, an output terminal 10 connected to a junction line between the elements 5 and 6, and a case 15, where each component 2-12 is housed, which is filled with a resin 16 for fixing. With elements 2-4 as one set and the elements 5-7 as another set, three elements 2-4, and, 5-7, respectively, are assigned with a specified pitch dimension 11 in a movement direction (a) of a cylinder 18, and an assignment position of the elements 2-7 of the two sets is deviated to the movement direction (a) of the cylinder 18.</p> |
