PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to observe information stored in a smart card by installing sensor structure in a housing and arranging the smart card storing data on a data detecting parallel position adjacent to the sensor structure. SOLUTION: The housing 11 has a slot 12 capable of receiving the smart card 13 and detecting information stored in the card 13. The slot 12 allows the card 13 to be arranged on the data detecting parallel position adjacent to the sensor structure 15 installed in the housing 11. A visible display device 14 for supplying the visible image of the information stored in the card 13 is arranged in the housing 11. A CPU is interfaced with circuits in a memory and the card 13 and programmed so as to supply, the information stored in the card 13 to the device 14 by an image data format. The device 14 generates an image of data detected from the card 13.
