PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the creasing of the adhesion preventing layer of a photosensitive resin laminated body by specifying the water content of the adhesion preventing layer. SOLUTION: This photosensitive resin laminated body has at least a substrate, a photosensitive resin layer, an adhesion preventing layer and a cover film. The water content of the adhesion preventing layer is >=4wt.% and the layer is made chiefly of a water-soluble polymer, preferably PVA or modified PVA having a polymn. degree of 500-4,000 and >=70% saponification degree. A water retaining agent is preferably contained in the adhesion preventing layer. The water retaining agent is, e.g. an org. compd. such as polyol, its modified product, an organometallic compd., phospholipid or sphingolipid but polyethylenesorbitol or maltitol is preferably used. |
