Compounds of general formula (I), wherein Z is either a phenyl group optionally substituted by one or two atoms or groups selected from halogens and C1-4 alkyl groups, methoxy, methylthio, methylsulphinyl and methylsulphonyl, or a 5-methylthien-2-yl group, R1 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-4 alkyl group, a cyclopropylmethyl group, a phenylmethyl group or a pyridinylmethyl group, and R2 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-4 alkyl group; and the therapeutical use thereof, are disclosed.
