The panel (1) has two panes of glass separated by a peripheral distance holder. A carrier and edge sealing element (5) is partially overlapped by pane, looking perpendicularly at the plane of the pane. The distance holder and carrier element can be made separately and mounted at a distance apart. Alternatively, they can be joined, preferably made in one piece. The panel has a slide running device (6) anchored in the carrier or edge sealing element.
