The device consists of a plastic container with lid with a central filler aperture, and a bottom outlet socket for connection to an extraction hose. The lid (1) has a basin (3, 4), which extends between filler aperture and circumferential collar. There is at least one intake opening (10) in the angled transitional section (9) between the base of the basin, and the ring section (6) around the filler aperture. The basin slopes downwards towards the intake opening. It may be divided into two sections, each with its own intake, by rails (7, 8), which extend outwards from the ring section.
