Heat radiating mirror (10) obtained by matching, after interposition of a layer (13) of electrically insulating material, the rear face (12) of a mirror with a flat body formed of a strip (16) of electrically conducting material of a constant section and of a thickness measured in microns, supported by an anodised face (15) of a sheet of aluminium (14), its rear face matching with a flat body of foam plastic material (19) so that by connecting the terminals (17, 18) of the strip to a source of electric current, thermal radiation (9) is determined through the front face of the mirror (10).
