A dispenser cap (10, 1010) for granular or like materials (100) has a first chamber (20, 1020) connectable to a container (200) to which the cap (10, 1010) is fitted or provided and a second chamber (25, 1025) from which the granular material (100) is dispensed in fixed volumes. A thumb-operated member (30, 1030) selectively moved a hinged wall member (19) to allow the granular material (100) to flow from the first chamber (20, 1020) to the second chamber (25, 1025) and then from the dispensing outlet (26, 1026).
