PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the necessary frequency band of a radio system supplying communication service to multiple fixed terminal stations by providing specified antennas whose beam widths in horizontal planes are almost equal and whose horizontal directional directions differ for respective base stations. SOLUTION: N antennas whose beam widths in the horizontal planes are almost equal and whose horizontal directional characteristics differ are provided for the respective base stations. The antennas beams are arranged so that they have the same frequency bands at every adjacent m-beams. Namely, the base stations B1-B3 have the three frequency bands of F1-F3 having the same arranging orders, and the antennas of the respective base stations are arranged so that the horizontal directional characteristics of the antenna beams using the same frequency band become a relation where they differ by 60 degrees. Thus, the respective base stations B1-B3 can execute radio communication with the fixed terminal station C1 in a cell without the occurrence of interference with the other base station even is the same frequency bands F1-F3 are used.
