PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize correct and practical ventilation properties of a building by calculating the degree of sufficiency of air supply and the degree of sufficiency of exhaust of each room of the building comprising a large number of rooms and by determining an evaluation index of the ventilation properties of the building for evaluating the ventilation properties of the building. SOLUTION: A building 6 is divided into five rooms, a room A 1, a room B 2, a room C 3, a room D 4 and a room E 5. The room A 1, the room B 2 and the room C 3 are made rooms to be supplied with air, such as a living room and a bedroom, which necessitate supply of fresh outdoor air and the respective quantities of necessary fresh air are made K1 =K2 =K3 =20m<3> /h. The room D 4 is made a room to be exhausted, such as a kitchen or a toilet, which necessitates exhaust of polluted air and the quantity of necessary exhaust is made k=60m<3> /h. Under these conditions, the degree of sufficiency of air supply and the degree of sufficiency of exhaust of each of the rooms 1-4 are calculated and an evaluation index of ventilation properties K of the building 6 for evaluating the ventilation properties K of the building 6 is determined. By this method, the ventilation properties K of the building 6 being correct and practical can be realized. |
