Finishing pencil containing a colourless wax and filler composition

A device (I) and a method for the hand finishing of an already applied colour layer on a surface are claimed. The colour layer is applied by means of an artist's pencil or chalk and is finished by mechanical application of an effective agent (II) by means of (I) in the form of a pencil or chalk. (II) contains fat and/or wax, binder and filler but no colouring agent.
