An optical atmospheric link system controls the angle of the light beam emitted to a predetermined direction. The turning force, when the rigid body installing an optical system is turned, is supplied with out contact so that the change of the axis due to disturbance can be compressed. Therefore, a servo-control to adjust the optical axis can be performed with high-speed, and at the same time, the optical axis can be adjusted with a smaller driving power.
