Adhesive resin composition

Adhesive resin composition comprises (A) an olefin resin, (B) an ethylene- alpha olefinic copolymer rubber, (C) a material chosen from natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, and optionally, (D) a mineral oil. Also claimed are: (i) a crosslinked adhesive resin composition obtained by crosslinking the adhesive resin composition with an organic peroxide; and (ii) a laminate obtained by adhering the adhesive resin composition with a crosslinked olefin rubber and olefin resin or a thermoplastic olefin elastomer.
