Buttons are removed and replaced with a rod (1) specially shaped so that it can rotate about its length axis inside a square hole receiving the middle section of the rod. A catch at one end of the rod can be used to prevent the rod from rotating, and a cross-direction hole in the rod is used to mount a hanging lock at a distance from the catch equal to the door leaf thickness. |
