METHOD FOR TREATING NYSTAGMUS AND AMBLYOPIS

FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: magnetic fields with intensity of 0.25 Tl are applied onto upper and temporal portions of eye's orbit onto auriculo-temporal region at chiasma projection level, and onto projection region of visual analyzers located on occipital tubers. Field parameters are synchronized with pulsed wave of internal carotid. Fields are applied simultaneously onto identical-sign regions, field vectors with one and the same direction. Each region is exposed for 5-10 min, treatment course including 10-15 procedures. EFFECT: improved visual function; reduced nystagmus amplitude. 2 tbl
