PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allot a developing process such that a processing load can be even among processing apparatus according to the resource of the processing apparatus when a page description is inputted. SOLUTION: An inputted page description 1 is analyzed by a page description analyzing means 2 so as to extract the existence domain of drawing objects. At a page structure extracting means 3, the page description is structured from the dependent relationship of the drawing objects. A parameter acquiring means 5 seeks a developing load of the drawing objects, and acquires an effective resource of processing apparatus 4a, 4b,.... A process allotting means 6 allots a drawing object having a large developing load to a processing apparatus having a large effective resource, and a drawing object having a small developing load to a processing apparatus having a small effective resource. Image groups respectively generated in each processing apparatus are synthesized at a page generating means 7 so as to make one page image. |
