PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a skin from being dislocated by joining the skin material to a core material using polyolefin as a material for the core material and using olefinic thermoplastic elastomer as the skin material. SOLUTION: A core material 2 is formed previously and is set in the cavity 4a of a metal mold 4 for injection molding. When molten resin is injected in the cavity 4a from a nozzle 5 by prescribed injection pressure to form a skin 3, the surface layer part of the core material 2 is melted by the heat of the molted resin. At this time, polyolefin is adopted as a material which constitutes the core material 2, and olefinic thermoplastic elastomer is adopted as a material which constitutes the skin 3, therefore, both the molten surface layer part of the core material 2 and the molten resin constituting the skin 3 is fused integrally. When the respective resins are solidified, the core material 2 and the skin 3 are joined together exactly. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the skin from being dislocated. |
