PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a nozzle for producing bundle-shaped noodles made of devil's-tongue capable of simplifying the bundling process of a bundle-shape noodles made of devil's-tongue and compacting a production device, and an apparatus for bundling the noodles made of devil's-tongue. SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a porous nozzle 1 in which nozzle holes 2a are annularly arranged along the inner wall of an outlet part M of a devil's-tongue material feeder and a bundling device which is installed in the vicinity of the outlet of the porous nozzle 1 and intermittently bundles noodles made of devil's-tongue delivered in a circular state from the porous nozzle 1. In this case, the bundling device is furnished with cranks 10a3 and 10b3 rotating with two points separating in the vertical direction as pivots 10a1 and 10b1 , a pair of parallel motion mechanisms A and B which comprise connecting levers 11 linked to the tip ends of the cranks and installed symmetrically right and left with the porous nozzle 1 in between, linking mechanisms 15 and 16 for interlocking a pair of the parallel motion mechanisms A and B and clamp members 13 which are opposingly fixed to the connecting levers 11 and 12 and are capable of forming a pressing face for bundling the noodles made of devil's-tongue when both the connecting levers 11 and 12 are brought close to each other. |
