A measurement system for determination of surface features of material (3), e.g. flat glass, that is moved rapidly on a conveyor (2), with a sensor system (1) that is stationary relative to the moving material (3) and is directed to the reflecting or scattering surface, consists of a plurality of transmitter-detector pairs (6, 7) disposed transverse to the direction (10) in which the material (3) is conveyed and vertically offset from the conveyor (2) along a line, each detector output being connected to a device for determining the intensity of the detector signal such that the intensity signals of all detectors (7) can be delivered in parallel to an evaluation unit (5). |
