As a result, when the random number at the starting prize is, for instance, within the range of 5-9, an intermediate and a small hit concentrating flags are set (S10) and a small hit pattern is set (S11). In this case, when the random number of the result in the random number check was within the range of 10-22, a first intermediate hit pattern is set (S12) during next operation of the program. As the result of the random number check (S2), when the random number is within the range of 23-63 or 0-4, a pattern of a second intermediate hit or a big hit is respectively set (S13, S15). The intermediate and the small concentrating flags are released (S16) on a big hit.
