SUBSTANCE: patient's blood serum is subjected to biochemical analysis during postoperative period in order to establish whether content of lysosomic enzymes therein, i.e. catepsin D and catepsin B has increased. If content of catepsin D reaches 191.27 nmole/mg.h and upwards, and that of catepsin B is 63.01 nmole/mg.h and upwards, ophthalmologist must state that amotio ciliochoroidalis case is in progress. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
