PREPARATION FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF BRUCELLOSIS AND METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION

FIELD: diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: preparation acts upon principle of antigen/antibody interaction reaction. Preparation contains killed Brucella cells in physiological solution, phenol and additionally sulfuric acid in the following ratio (per 100 ml of physiological solution containing 13-14 bln/ml of killed cells): 10-% phenol solution, 0.5-0.6 ml; 8-12-% sulfuric acid solution, 0.6-0.8 ml. Method resides in concentrating killed Brucella cells up to their content 13-14 bln per 1 ml of physiological solution. 0.5-0.6 ml of 10-% phenol solution is added to 100 ml of resulting solution. Mixture is shaken and incubated for 5-6 h, followed by adding to mixture dropwise 0.6-0.8 ml of 8-12-% sulfuric acid solution. Mixture is shaken for 4-5 min and held for 4-5 days at room temperature. Preparation allows to conduct differential diagnosis of infected animals and may be used for effecting control reaction in whole blood sample. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl
