PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the vertical length of a cover and increase the mounted rigidity of a handle in a vehicular back door structure. SOLUTION: An upper face part 19, to which a handle 27 is attached, of a base part 11 which is separate from an outer panel 3 is formed by superimposing an inward flange 17 bent inward at an associated end 15 of the outer panel 3 on an outward flange 13 bent outward at the upper end of the base part 11. The upper face part 19 has thus no limit in its set angle in press forming to have its substantially horizontal state or to form a substantially horizontal angleθ2 . The handle 27 is exposed to the outside accordingly by a shorter vertical length h1 , which dispenses with an elongation of the vertical length h2 of a cover 32 covering the handle to thereby enhance the molding latitude of a back door 1.
