PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a powder-dusting process and to reduce the tackiness of a surface by extrusion-molding a silicone rubber composition consisting of diorgano-polysiloxane, a filler, and a vulcanizing agent with the use of a die for extrusion molding with a blasted surface. SOLUTION: A silicone rubber composition consisting of diorgano- polysiloxane, a filler, and a vulcanizing agent is extrusion-molded using a die 2 for extrusion molding with a blasted surface. The surface 1 of the die becomes fine-grained, smooth, and uneven by blasting. In blasting with glass beads, the particle size of the beads is most preferably 50 micron or less. Various kinds of reinforcing silica, quartz fine powder, diatomaceous earth, alumina, etc., are used as the filler, and organic peroxide, etc., are preferable as the vulcanizing agent. As regards the quantity ratio of the components, 5-200 pts.wt. of the filler and 0.05-10 pts.wt. of the vulcanizing agent are preferably added to 100 pts.wt. of diorgano-polysiloxane. |
