PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a draining and venting function in an overhang part. SOLUTION: The ends of two plate materials 27a and 27b having many internal holes 32 are cut out along an inclined direction intersecting the holes 32, and the inclined cutout surfaces 27c of both plates 27a and 27b are bonded to each other, so as to keep the holes 32 thereof communicated to each other, for use as an L-shaped member 27 to be fitted to the lower end corner of the wall of an overhang part 21. Then, a waterproofing sheet member 33 is attached to the internal side of the L-shaped member 27, so as to cover the horizontal and vertical surfaces thereof, and a mounting piece part 36 for a venting and water dripping member 35 laid between the L-shaped member 27 and an eaves top plate 38 is attached to the reverse side of the end of the waterproofing sheet member 33. In addition, a plurality of venting and draining holes 42 communicated to each internal hole 32 of the L-shaped member 27 are formed on the venting and water dripping member 35. Also, the same venting and draining holes as mentioned above are formed between the upper end of the L-shaped member 27 and an exterior wall plate 22 as well, thereby enabling construction components to be used in common. |
