FIELD: studies of etiology and pathogenesis of oral mucosa diseases. SUBSTANCE: first homologic tissue homogenate is obtained from animal's oral mucosa, followed by mixing homogenate in ration 1:1 with stimulating agent, the latter consisting of vaseline oil, lanolin and autoclave-treated dry vaccine. Before mixing with stimulating agent homogenate is subjected to two-fold centrifuging, each centrifuging operation is followed by settling period. After first settling period, upper transparent homogenate fraction is removed. Remaining liquid composition is again centrifuged and settled. Resulting upper fraction is separated and mixed with stimulating agent in which autoclave-treated dried lower fraction of homologic tissue is preliminarily added. First and second centrifuging operations are carried out at different rotational speeds. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
