PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing bamboo salt by a relatively simple process in high efficiency at a low cost. SOLUTION: A chipped bamboo material is mixed with a chipped pine material and common salt in the ratio of (3-10):(1-3):(0.5-2.0) by weight. The mixture is immersed in water, pressurized and heated under 2-3kg/cm<2> at 130-150 deg.C or not pressurized and not heated and fed to a baking pot as it is and baked at 200-1,100 deg.C for 30 minutes to 4 hours. |
