METHOD FOR MAKING CORRUGATED COMPENSATORS ON METALLIC SHELLS

FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: method for making corrugated compensators comprises steps of fixing shell, displacing metal inside along perimeter of shell at pressing-in outer roller to rotating shell and simultaneously compressing convexity of corrugation by inner roller for producing corrugation inside shell. Said shell is rotated by means of inner roller driven to rotation with angular velocity 20-22 degree until formation of height half of corrugation convexity. Then angular velocity is increased until 28-30 degree at specific pressure of roller upon shell surface 23-25 kg/$$$. EFFECT: simplification of process.
