<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the nipping of a sheet and enhance the sheet carrying precision by providing a second rotating body pair arranged on the sheet carrying directional downstream side from a first rotating body pair, and making the sheet nipping force by the second rotating body pair changeable. SOLUTION: This device is formed of a pair of first rotating bodies 6a, 6b and a pair of second rotating bodies 8a, 8b arranged on sheet carrying directional downstream side from them, and the pinch roller 6b and the spur 8b are energized to the carrying roller 6a and the discharge roller 8a by springs, respectively. The spur 8a is supported by a spur shaft 10 formed of a close wound spring and energized to the discharge roller 8a to form the pinch roller of the discharge roller 8a. The spur 8b is held by a spur holder 11, the spur holder 11 is mounted in such a manner as to be rotatable around a holder shaft 11a. An eccentric cam 12 makes contact with the spur holder 11. When the eccentric cam 12 is rotated, the spur holder 11 is rotated, the energizing force of the spur 8b to the discharge roller 8a is changed to change the sheet nipping force.</p> |
