<p>PURPOSE:To accurately make the strip thickness to the target strip thickness by picking up the frequency having the amplitude over the certain strip thickness variation of the inlet side and outlet side, converting depending on the velocity, removing the converted inlet side strip thickness variable frequency from the outlet side strip thickness variable frequency and inputting it to the strip thickness control part. CONSTITUTION:The rolling load is detected with the rolling load meter 6, also the strip thicknesses of the inlet side and outlet side of the rolled stock 1 are detected with the strip thickness meter 4, 5. The detected strip thickness is inputted to each frequency analyzing device 10, 11, and the analyzed result is inputted to the out disturbance frequency removing device 12. The removing device picks up the frequency having the amplitude over than the certain amplitude, that is, the frequency of inlet side strip thickness variation (the 2nd frequency) and the frequency of outlet side strip thickness variation (the 2nd frequency). These are converted due to the speed of the rolled stock 1 of the inlet side and outlet side, the take with matching the strip thickness variable frequency. The detected rolling load signal of the rolling load meter 6 is inputted to the automatic strip thickness controller 9 by removing the frequency that the converted inlet side strip thickness variable frequency is removed from the picked up outlet side strip thickness variable frequency through the filter.</p> |
