<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the uneasiness of a worker, and improve the safety and working efficiency of the picking work by generating a sound as a response, which is to be sent from a picking control device, to a picking terminal device. SOLUTION: When a worker inquires the residual work and a picking control device checks the sound thereof (#61), the picking device obtains the content of a response to the inquiry about the residual work (#62), and sends it to a terminal device (#63). The terminal device generates a sound as a response so as to correspond to the inquiry about the residual work (#64). For example, when the worker inquires 'residual work', the picking control device responses 'eight minutes is left' or 'more eight minutes' on the basis of the content of the residual working time. These inquiry and response are generated through a microphone and receiver.</p> |
