PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition, hardly causing the stickiness, excellent in flexibility and gloss and useful for automotive parts, etc., by including a specific resin component and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber in a specific proportion therein. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer resin composition is obtained by formulating 100 pts.wt. resin component comprising (A) 30-70 pts.wt. ethylene (co)polymer, prepared by homopolymerizing ethylene or copolymerizing the ethylene with anα-olefin in the presence of a catalyst containing an organic cyclic compound having a conjugated double band and a compound of a group IV transition metal of the periodic table, having (i) 0.86-0.96g/cm<3> density (d), (ii) 0.01-100g/10min melt flow rate (MFR), (iii) 1.5-4.5 molecular weight distribution, (iv) 1.08-2.00 compositional distribution parameter Cb , satisfying (a) X<2.0 when the content X (wt.%) of a fraction soluble in o- dichlorobenzene, density (d) and MFR are represented by formula d-0.008×log MFR>=0.93 and (d) the formula when the X, (d) and MFR are represented by the formula d-0.008×log MFR<0.93 and further satisfying (vi) the plural peaks in a curve of an elution temperature-elution amount according to a continuous temperature raising elution fractionation method (YREF) and (B) 70-30 pts.wt. propylene-based polymer with (C) 70-200 pts.wt. ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber.
