NEW ANTICONVULSIVE AND ANTIINFLAMMATORY COMPOSITIONS AND THEIR PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of enhancing an anticonvulsive action, comprising a nonsteroid-based antiinflammatory agent, pitofenone hydrochloride and fenpiverinium bromide. SOLUTION: This composition comprises one or more of a nonsteroid-based antiinflammatory agent, its salt, a pure chiral type isomer, derivative, their analog and their additive, pitofenone hydrochloride and fenpiverinium bromide. The composition can be pharmaceutically manufactured into tablet, drink solution, capsulated solution, injection, etc., and orally and parenterally administered. A liberated acid of diclofenac, sodium diclofenac or nimesulide may be cited as the nonsteroid-based antiinflammatory agent. The new composition having anticonvulsive action of pitofenone hydrochloride and fenpiverinium bromide enhanced by several times by diclofenac, high in safety of the combination and low in adverse effect is obtained.
