PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat resistant molded form without effecting kneading operation by a method wherein a stationary mixer is attached to the nozzle unit of an injection molding machine when a heat resistant master batch resin, containing maleimide copolymer, ABS graft copolymer and ABS copolymer, is molded through injection molding together with ABS resin. SOLUTION: A heat resistant master batch resin A1 , containing maleimide copolymer (a), ABS graft copolymer (b) and ABS copolymer (c), which can be used in accordance with necessity, and ABS resin B are molded through injection molding as they are. For this purpose, an injection molding machine 1, equipped with a stationary mixer 3 attached to the nozzle unit thereof, is employed. In this case, a nozzle tip 4 is provided at the tip end of the stationary mixer 3 while a band heater 5 for heating is provided around the outer peripheral surface of the stationary mixer 3. Molten material resin or the heat resistant master batch resin A1 and the ABS resin B are mixed as they are by passing them from a molding machine barrel 2 through the stationary mixer 3 and the mixed resin is injected out of the nozzle tip 4 to mold the same through injection molding. |
