<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make excellent the bond strength between laminated face-shaped thermoplastic resin pieces and, moreover, to control a shrinkage percentage at the time of lamination to be within a prescribed small range, even when the lamination is executed by an extrusion lamination process. SOLUTION: A temperature gradient roll 14 which is equipped with a roll main body 17 and seal rings 18A and 18B fitted to the opposite sides of the roll main body 17 and wherein through holes 27 through which a heating medium flows from the seal ring 18A on one side to the seal ring 18B on the other through the roll main body 17 are formed in the roll main body 17 and the seal rings 18A and 18B is used, and first and second films are laminated by controlling the temperature of the roll 14 in the part wherein the laminated films are released from the roll 14, to be lower than that of the roll 14 in the part wherein the films are in close contact with the roll 14.</p> |
