PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crosslinked polyolefin resin which is used in the form of tape having an adhesive thereon. SOLUTION: This polymer tape is a mixture containing a polyolefin resin prepared by at least one silane-grafted single site initiation. The silane-grafted single site-initiated polyolefin resin is a copolymer of ethylene-α-olefin of 3-20 carbon atoms having a molecular weight distribution of about 1.5-about 3.5. This polymer tape has an adhesive coated on at least one surface. The polymer tape may also be foamed.
